It is now the season to start thinking about your health differently from the warmer months, for two reasons;
Firstly, in the cooler months and as we head in to winter, there are certain processes that our bodies go through in preparation for the drop in temperature and some of them include, reducing the oil levels in our skin and utilising our water intake for heating internally not externally, this is turn creates a dry/dehydrated skin – leaving us prone to chapped hands, feet and lips, etc. Ouch!
I often hear that the lifestyle I promote is ‘too difficult’, or ‘too out there’ for some. Usually alongside, I would miss my this and/or that too much! It isn’t easy to change, but some changes are worth it.
I wont bore anyone with facts and figures in this entry, but all of the information regarding the ‘WHY’ is available for you to read any time you should need to, or you can just ask me and I will see if I can help. It is important to have a focus – and when I changed my lifestyle, my focus was my health and that of my family’s.
Its been a while…but The kind Living Salon has been busy. We are officially set up in a new beauty space at The Royal Hotel on Weston sea front. A beautiful location with plenty of space and facilities to take the business to the next level. I am so excited about the next 12 months and what the new clients, products and projects will bring to the business and the community.
