It is so important to understand the benefits of taking time out for our nurturing needs all year round, however, they seem to suffer the most during the Winter.
This is mostly down to the lack of certain vitamins and minerals that are scarce during this season, but there are many ways to support the changes and have a happy, healthy Winter with lots of snuggly jumpers and blankets.
