Do you want to feel good for the Winter?

It is so important to understand the benefits of taking time out for our nurturing needs all year round, however, they seem to suffer the most during the Winter.
This is mostly down to the lack of certain vitamins and minerals that are scarce during this season, but there are many ways to support the changes and have a happy, healthy Winter with lots of snuggly jumpers and blankets.

The day will include practical and immersive demonstrations and experiences of the Ayurvedic principles, Eastern massage techniques, ancient methods of preventative care and modern tips on products and industry secrets.

There will be guided meditations and focus skill activities throughout the day, alongside an opportunity for you to experience the wonder of self care, in the form of a deep and warming muscle massage. There will also be a very ethically luxurious goody bag to take home which will consist of; healing salts, special candles, facial oil samples, ayurvedic balancing teas and more – all to support and encourage your Winter care plan.

The days Itinerary will be similar to this:

10.00 – Arrival
10.30 – Teas/Coffees/ Cake – Introduction and Winter Wellness Care Plans on offer
11.00  – Day begins with individual treatments (20 mins)
Whilst others have their treatments, you will be encouraged to enjoy making your own Body Scrub and to play/try out the beautiful ethical and luxurious ranges at TKLS.
12.30 – Lunch Break in Cafe
1.15 – An engaging discussion on Winter Wellness – talking about the top therapies, nutrient benefits of certain Ayurvedic principles, including a mind and body activity.
2.00 – Make Up Demo with 100% Natural Make Up range Zao – including a short discussion on skincare and skin balancing when its cold
2.45 – Guided Meditation on healing and health
3.15 – Finish – wrap up the day and hand out the Goody Bags. Thank yous.
