Each session will offer you a bespoke approach to incorporating the practices of Ayurveda (Ayus = life & Veda = Knowledge) with kindness. There is no judgment and no right or wrong. It is how it makes you feel that is important.
Gently introducing ideas and new habits that will help encourage you in understanding what balance needs to be restored in your life and in what areas that is required.
You will discuss nutrition, overall health and self-care practices and discover where the wonderful practice of Ayurvedic principles will lift, restore and encourage you to feel better, leading to balance and restoration whilst focusing on your beauty and care needs too.
