Using visualisation, spiritual medium and connection techniques and listening to your intuition, we will spend the time making mental and practical notes on who and why we have the guides we do.

The workshop will require you to be open minded and prepared to work with the emotional and ethereal combined.

I recommend bringing a notepad and pen with you and you will receive a crystal of your choice to take home with you.
